Claude + Kajabi
I built my business with Claude. Here's exactly how.
In three days, I went from an empty account to pages, quizzes, emails and automations, all inside Kajabi. I'll show you every step, so you can see what's possible and build your own.
Video goes here: how I connected Claude to Kajabi.

What I built, 28 to 30 October
These are the real numbers from my Kajabi account.
7
pages
2
products to sell
2
quizzes
5
email sequences
27
emails written
5
automations
Plus my own web address, bought and connected in about an hour. This page is the seventh.
Diagram goes here: the whole system map.

The nine steps
No jargon, and nothing you have to get right the first time.
Step 1
A domain and a Kajabi free trial
What it is. Your own web address, and the place your business will live.
Why it matters. A page on your own address feels like a real business. It's also where your emails and pages will point.
How I did it. I picked a name, compared a few providers and bought mine on GoDaddy. Then I changed one DNS record to connect it to Kajabi. All of it took about an hour. I started Kajabi's free trial through the link further down.
What you'll have. A web address that is yours, connected to your Kajabi account.
Step 2
Connect Claude to Kajabi
What it is. A connector that lets Claude see and work inside your Kajabi account.
Why it matters. I wasn't copying and pasting between two tools all day. Claude worked right where the business lives.
How I did it. I connected Claude to my Kajabi account. After that, Claude built everything inside it. I read every line, changed what didn't sound like me, and pressed publish. I show the connection in the video above.
What you'll have. One Claude chat that can build pages, offers, forms, emails and automations in your own account.
Step 3
Brand and voice
What it is. A short brief with your colours, fonts and the way you write.
Why it matters. Everything afterwards sounds like you, and you don't start from zero each time.
How I did it. I told Claude how I sound, what I never say, and who I'm talking to. Then I kept that brief in one place.
What you'll have. One brand brief, so every page and email feels like it came from the same person.
Step 4
Two products
What it is. Your first things to sell. Mine are two $27 guided products.
Why it matters. A page with nothing to buy is only a nice page. Starting small makes it easy to say yes.
How I did it. I decided what each one helps with and who it's for. Claude set up both as offers in Kajabi, with checkout.
What you'll have. Two offers in Kajabi, ready to take payment.
Step 5
Your pages
What it is. The pages people land on. Mine are a waitlist, two sales pages, two quiz result pages and an about page.
Why it matters. Each page has one job and one button, so nobody gets lost.
How I did it. Claude wrote each page in my voice. I read every line, changed what didn't sound like me, and published.
What you'll have. Six pages in Kajabi, ready for the people you invite.
Step 6
Two quizzes
What it is. A short quiz that tells someone where she is right now. Mine ask for an email before showing the result.
Why it matters. It's a gentler first step than "buy now". She gets an answer, and I learn who she is.
How I did it. Claude and I wrote the questions and the results together. Then each quiz was connected to a Kajabi form.
What you'll have. Two quizzes that collect emails and point each person to her next step.
Step 7
Email lists and sequences
What it is. Emails that go out over several days, so you don't write each one by hand.
Why it matters. Most people won't buy on day one. A few kind emails give them time.
How I did it. Claude wrote every email in my voice, and I edited them. We made a separate sequence for each type of person.
What you'll have. Five sequences with 27 emails in total. Two of them have 10 emails each.
Step 8
Automations for each quiz
What it is. Rules that move people along on their own.
Why it matters. Nobody has to be added by hand, and nobody gets the wrong emails.
How I did it. Claude built each rule and I switched them on. A quiz taker gets tagged and starts the right sequence.
What you'll have. Automations running quietly in Kajabi. I have five in total.
Step 9
Waitlist and buyer emails
What it is. A welcome for the waitlist, and a welcome for people who buy.
Why it matters. The first thing a buyer reads should feel warm and clear.
How I did it. The same way as before: Claude wrote, I edited. A purchase tags the buyer and starts her welcome emails.
What you'll have. Everyone who joins or buys is looked after, without you doing it by hand.
Want to build yours in Kajabi?
Everything above lives in Kajabi. If you'd like to try it, you can start with a free trial, and through my link it's 30 days.
This is an affiliate link. If you sign up and later choose a paid plan, I may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. I'm sharing it because it's the tool I built all of this in. It's your choice, and you can look around first.
A small honest note: a few features stay locked until you pick a paid plan, like sending test emails.
Where do you want to start?
Two gentle next steps. Pick the one that sounds like you.

One last thing
You don't need to do all of this in three days. I'm just showing you that it can be done, so it feels less scary.
Start with one step. Then take the next one when you're ready.
I'm cheering for you. 🤍
